Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Free Standard Shipping

We use major carriers to ship our items: UPS, FedEx and USPS. We offer free shipping for destinations in the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for PO Boxes, AK/HI and territories. Expedited shipping is available as an upgrade during checkout.

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier's website.

  • Standard Shipping: Normally delivered within 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Normally delivered within 1-3 business days

Signature Confirmation

A signature is required for most UPS/FedEx shipments upon receipt. An adult must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS/FedEx. If UPS/FedEx is unable to successfully deliver your package they may re-attempt delivery up to 3 times, at their discretion.

Damaged or Missing Items at Delivery

Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us for assistance.
Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Please contact us for assistance.
