SHOP PMK accepts Paypal on our eBay store. We ship to confirmed PayPal addresses only. We collect sales tax for items for shipments to New Jersey. For items that are local pickup only, we will accept other payment methods (please see item description for details).

SHOP PMK ships Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within two business days. Tracking information is uploaded within 24 hours after it leaves the warehouse. Certain items will require signature at delivery. For items with serial numbers, we will add the serial number to your order history. Should the item go missing before it arrives, we may register the serial number with theft and loss databases to prevent fraudulent use or resale of the item.

SHOP PMK offers a no hassle return policy from the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition as listed with accessories, packaging and/or seals intact. A fee of up to 50% will be deducted from the return proceeds if received in a different or unsaleable condition. A fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the return proceeds for buyer discretionary returns. Media items (software, video games, music, movies) and consumables listed as new are returnable only if unopened.
